This day, the 19th of April 2021, THE KINGDOM OF ATLANITS Decentralized Sovereign Kingdom represented by H.E. Michael Puzzolante, Chairman of the Board of Governors and THE CITIZENS OF THE GHIZO ISLAND, represented by H.E. Ambassador Toma Masiota, have signed a MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) regarding the Development of the First Capital of THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS, THE SMART CITY STATE – THE CITY OF ATANTIS, on the Territory of the Ghizo Island, Republic of the Solomon Islands.
THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS has committed to provide to ALL THE CITIZENS OF THE GHIZO ISLAND the following benefits and incentives:
1. Permanent Atlantean Citizenship to the 7,200 inhabitants of the Ghizo Island.
2. Implementation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals issued by the United
Nations on the entire Ghizo Island.
3. Development of THE SMART CITY STATE – THE CITY OF ATLANTIS,
which will provide permanent employment to the 7,200 inhabitants of the Ghizo Islands.

The Ghizo Island has a total aera of 11,400 Hectares, which represents, as of today, an Asset with Market Value of USD 1,140,000,000 (One Billion One Hundred and Forty Million US Dollar) before Development or USD 10 per M2.
THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS will start selling Parcels of Land to Investors / Developers as soon as possible at the price of USD 100 per M2.
The Development Budget of THE SMART CITY STATE – THE CITY OF ATLANTIS has been estimated to be approximately USD 15 Billion and THE CITY OF ATLANTIS will accommodate up to 200,000 Atlantean Citizens on a 1,745 Hectares Territory.
However, the Population on the Ghizo Island will reach more than 1,000,000 Atlantean Citizens once the 11,400 Hectares are fully developed.
THE SMART CITY STATE – THE CITY OF ATLANTIS will provide Affordable and Clean Energy and Medical Services to the entire Republic of the Solomon Islands.
THE KINDOM OF ATLANTIS aims to develop the Republic of the Solomon Islands as the next Top Destination Tourism in the World.
