This day, the 19th of May 2021, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between:
1. THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS represented by H.E. Dr. Michael Puzzolante, Chairman of the Board of Governors, and having its registered office address at 8 Eu Tong Sen Street, The Central, Singapore 059818, and
2. THE ROSENTHALL GROUP LLC USA AND THE BULLION BANK OF AFRICA, represented by Dr. Robert Rosenthall, Chief Executive Officer, a company incorporated in the United States of America and having its registered office address at 1101 South Street Vicksburg, Mississippi, 39181, USA.
WHEREAS, the Partners hereby enter into a JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT based on the terms hereinafter set forth:
A. THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS shall be incorporated in the Republic of Singapore.
B. THE BULLION BANK OF AFRICA shall invest USD 340 Million into THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS in exchange of Shares in the CENTRAL BANK.
C. THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS shall invest USD 340 Million in Gold 24 carats LBMA into THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS in exchange of Shares in the CENTRAL BANK.
D. THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS shall provide Loans at low-rate interests to THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS in order to develop 20 SMART CITY STATES Worldwide.
E. THE BULLION BANK OF AFRICA shall be established in every SMART CITY STATES to be developed Worldwide and THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS shall accept the ECO (the African Digital Gold Currency), as an equivalent to the KOA GOLD (The Kingdom of Atlantis Digital Gold Currency) as both Digital Gold Currencies are 100% backed by Gold and therefore have the same Economic Value.
F. THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS shall utilize the Banking Systems, Banking Services and Blockchain Banking of THE BULLION BANK OF AFRICA, which is backed by USD 80 TRILLION In-Ground Gold located in Africa, in order to fund all the SMART CITY STATES of THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS Worldwide, including industrial parks for manufacturing and processing, for the purpose of creating PERMANENT JOBS IN THE MILLIONS.
G. THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS shall create Diplomatic and Trade Relations with the 54 COUNTRIES OF AFRICA and shall invite Researchers, Scientists and Engineers from Africa to participate to the Social, Economical and Environmental development of the SMART CITY STATES, especially in the sector of Renewable Energy, Sustainable Development and Improvement of Human Abilities.
ESTIMATED INCOME GENERATED BY THE 20 SMART CITY STATES
A. Based on our Feasibility Study, the Project Financing of one SMART CITY STATE has been estimated to be around USD 15 BILLION.
B. Each SMART CITY STATE will generate a GROSS INCOME of about USD 75 BILLION over a period of 10 years.
C. The NET PROFIT generated by one SMART CITY STATE, after deduction of all Operational Expenses, has been estimated to be USD 50 BILLION.
D. The NET PROFIT generated by 20 SMART CITY STATES has been estimated to be:
USD 1 TRILLION (One Trillion US Dollar)
which will be re-invested into an additional 20 SMART CITY STATES Worldwide.
E. Each SMART CITY STATES shall implement the 17 SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS, as per the Constitution of THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS, and this will create an average of 150,000 PERMANENT JOBS per SMART CITY STATE.
F. THE KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS is a HUMANITARIAN BASED SOVEREIGN KINGDOM and as such shall re-invest its NET PROFIT into Humanitarian Projects, such as the SMART CITY STATES, resulting in the creation of MILLIONS OF PERMANENT JOBS.
