ਸਭ ਪਾਸੇ ਸੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਛਾਈ
ਬੈਠੀ ਇਕ ਜੋੜੀ ਵਿਚ ਤਨਹਾਈ
ਇਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਓਂ ਨਿਹਾਰਨ

The sky dusked with twinkling stars,
birds begin sitting in woods,
The darkness looming all around,
a couple sitting in solitude
Gazing each other in isolation,
their eyes longing for love,
Each syblolizing love and beauty, complementing each other as a pair of dove
Love uttered O beauty you are mine,
Intensely embraced with feeling of divine, Longing for each others sight,
at last the two loving souls unite
Two bodies but one soul,
they meet as if never before,
Moon and stars above from sky,
witness as their spirits soar
Deeply they breathe for each other,
gazing admirably their eyes full of longing,
Pouring from their eyes the deep red wine,
they drink with pleasure and feel divine
The union of love and beauty,
having blessings from divine,
Bad times so much prevail on lovers,
made them loose senses and mind
They meet now during nights,
enjoying the pleasure of addiction,
Their bodies meeting their desires,
but their souls in deep agony
The loving couple now sitting in isolation,
is the soul of love and beauty,
Their bodies having left the world,
their souls United with God Almighty.
